Sahara is a four bedroom coastal family home within 5 minutes walk of the beach at Rock. The house enjoys a sunny aspect with spacious living and dining rooms an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom.

Sahara is updated and improved each winter to ensure that each year the regular visitors see changes and improvements.

The house has a fully enclosed front garden, with a pedestrian gate, to prevent your dog or children from escaping, and a small South facing patio. The house has views of the sea and across the River Camel estuary to Padstow and to the hills above.

The front garden has a large teak garden table and 12 chairs for barbeques and outside meals. Two stainless steel barbeques are provided for your use.

There is parking in the drive for at least five cars or boats. The carpeted former double garage is now a playroom. This is ideal to change out of your wetsuit or to store your buggies or skiing and boating items or your golf equipment.

Sahara is marked by the red Arrow on the map - note that the house is within a few minutes walk of the Golf Club, the Sailing Club, the shops, the Padstow Ferry and Rock and Porthillly beaches. A longer walk across the dunes or golf course will take you to Daymer Bay and Polzeath Beach beyond.
